· Communicate with the audience and most importantly, make eye contact throughout the presentation and avoid reading from the script.
· Effective and compelling use of visuals are highly recommended
· Give their audience a handout that highlights in detail a specific activity /action they may use in their own schools

- A framing question that provides a focus for your presentation to which you refer often.
- A knowledge component which outlines what your audience needs to know about the multiple perspectives relating your issues. The causes and impact of your selected issue, in both a global and local context should be covered.
- Solution seeking and action: A description of the solutions you considered, along with the decisions and actions taken. Make sure you leave your audience with a handout that highlights in detail a specific activity /action your audience could take back to use in their schools.
- Reflection and commitment: An analysis of your actions and how they impacted both the giver and the receiver, personal growth experienced, and the longer term sustainability of your actions.
